23/06/08 - The Novotel Varszawa Centrum in Poland signs a deal with Locatel

The Novotel Warsawa Centrum is an ideal location for business clientele as it has a wide selection of services catering to business guests. This 4 star hotel has 740 rooms, and is the 2nd largest hotel in the Accor Hotel Chain. It is located in the heart of Warsaw, and so is also perfectly-suited to holiday guests. It is near to the ‘Palace of Culture and Science’, and just 500 metres from the train station which has regular services to and from the airport, and so is easily accessible.
Wished to extend its in-room offer to help re-position itself on the market, and to increase the number of services it could propose its business clientele. For these reasons, the hotel management decided to equip the rooms with our Eclipse MMC IP system with 26 » LCD screens, and to propose a Novotel package. This makes the hotel Locatel’s first system customer reference in Poland.

When Locatel installed our ELIISE (interactive display) system three years ago, it was to some extent a challenge, but we succeeded in adapting our solution to the hotel’s requirements – unlike our competitors. Ever since then, the Warsaw Novotel trusts Locatel to adapt to and cater for any developments they wish to make in the services they provide.
